What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and implementing tailored change strategies and tools
- Driving engagement across site, operational, and corporate teams
- Leading change impact assessments, readiness activities, and communication plans
- Ensuring the benefits of the change are clear, practical, and accessible to all stakeholders
- Supporting long-term adoption and continuous improvement of new ways of working
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering change in infrastructure, construction, or field-based environments (non-IT)
- Ability to engage and influence both site-based teams and senior leadership
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery skills
- Degree in Change Management, Organisational Change, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- PROSCI accreditation desirable
